The Los Roast roaster is deployed to various locations throughout Portland, OR, during the annual green chile roasting season. (August-October)

This barrel-style propane powered behemoth was built in-house, and designed with tradition in mind. With it, we can roast up to 80 pounds of green chile in under 10 minutes.
